(8) Prepare the property for sales showings to ensure it presents itself in its best light,
(9) Prepare you for the rigors of the property showings and sales process,
(10) Execute the marketing program,
(11) Assess all offers,
(12) Successfully negotiate an acceptable purchase agreement,
(13) Perform the terms of the purchase agreement in a manner that results in a successful closing,
(14) Close the sale, and
(15) Ensure that all paperwork and post-closing tasks are properly handled, filed and recorded.
